HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It usually take 1-2 days to process your order then we will arrange the delivery of your item(s) depending on the service you have chosen.
2-5 Business Days (Standard)
1-2 Business Days (Express)
Please note Public Holidays may affect these time frames.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150
FREE Express Shipping on orders over $250
$9.99 on orders UNDER $150 | 2-5 Business Days (Standard)
$15.99 on orders UNDER $250 | 1-2 Business Days (Express)
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method
*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
With a DOD account.
Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information there.
Without a DOD account.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! We're working on getting this to you ASAP.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. The following email will be a fulfillment email with a tracking code for you to track your shipment.
